Christian Care Ministry interview questions

Interview was fairly straightforward -- be prepared for a very "faith-focused" interview process. My first contact was with HR, and she both opened and closed our call/chat in prayer, which was fine....just surprising. I then interviewed with several in leadership and standard interview questions. No surprises. They do ask pointed questions about your faith walk.

Screener interview followed by in-person. Screener focused mostly on faith and how religious I was in my life. Actual interview was less faith related and more focused on the role. Two people involved, one being the hiring manager who asked all the questions. The other person sat in silence the entire time. It was a typical interview but based on what I gathered, they work their staff to death. Long hours at average pay. After that they ghosted me. An in-person followed by dead silence for over two months.
