I was connected with a recruiter who was working on this position. I had a few phone interviews, and then a final video interview with two people who I would be working with directly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Just the standard questions for sales roles, and questions about working in a luxury environment. Example: How would you follow up with a customer after their order? There were questions about what I'd bring to the table considering I didn't have a very extensive background in fashion.
Mostly behaviour based type of questions, got to talk a lot about past experience and motivation. There are 2 interviewers with one person leading the interview most of the time. Nothing too complicated if you already did your research about the company in advance.
