Three steps of the process, first step was a pre-recorded video interview, then an interview with HR and at the end HR with manager and head of the concession. Overall, it was quite smooth experience.

Interview with HR was easy — basic questions about retail work experience and how to handle difficult situation. The interview with deputy manager was daunting as she asked question about what candidates would like to do after this intern position so need to be prepared for this and show you want to stay at Dior after this.

One round with the Boutique Managers and one round with the HR. With the Boutique Manager, it was an offline interview. They will ask you standard questions such as, why Dior, what do you know about us, what experience you have with retail... With HR, it is an online interview about, salary expectation, availability, etc.
