chill, friendly, and straight to the point, they asked about your previous experiences and would give you a case study to work on. Overall their interview process is really fast and communicated well

The interview process was entirely online and automated, with no actual person present. Instead, questions appeared on the screen, and I had a set time to respond some giving 30 seconds, others a full minute. The inconsistent timing made it challenging to answer, as I had to quickly adjust to each question. There was only one chance to respond, with no opportunity to redo answers. After the interview, they mentioned they would follow up, but I never heard back, so I just assumed I didn’t get the job.

I spent 4-5 hours preparing for this interview as I took it very seriously. I submitted my answers to the first stage video interview right on time (two days after the invitation), however, a day after, I got an email saying the position’s already filled with someone else. I was confused about how that might have happened within the time frame I explained, but i’m glad i got the interview.
