Interview
Although at first intimidating, the individuals interviewing me proved to be quite approachable and interested. However, the initial interview with Human Resources was challenging. You need to be prepared to know as much about the company as possible. The second interview with the actual department I was interested in working for was much more laid back and more like a conversation. While I was not offered the job, it seems like an exciting company to work for.
