Was referred by an internal employee for this role. I spoke with HR and it seemed things were going in a positive way. After running through my resume they asked me questions about timeline, start date, salary expectations, and how quickly they would like to move with this role. Ultimately they didn't move forward with me, but they ghosted me after the first call even though I was told they'd reach back out in a week. Gave up after reaching out twice in 4/5 weeks. They ultimately promoted from within.
