I first handed in my application online, filled out loads of questions relating to my experience but also personal questions of the job and market itself. Then was sent a Hirevue interview after a long 3 months, I did not get past that stage.

Question 1
Describe a situation where something unexpected happened and how did you deal with that?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Christie's (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Online - questions were quite similar but pretty standard interview questions. Website gave an underestimation of how much time the interview would take which confused timings. Leave at least an hour for the online assessment. I think the AI format made things harder and less enjoyable. I would sooner they interview less candidates and conduct the interview in person or at least over zoom with an actual person.
