Interview
Hireview: Very easy process, albeit a bit daunting if you haven't done it before.
They give you 3-5 questions in total. A question pops up, you have 30 seconds to think about it and then you record you answer for 1-2 mins. This answer cannot be re-recorded so make sure you practice it first by preparing a list of the most average interview questions out there.
Prepare your normal questions for any interview, i.e: why here, why you, what are you passionate about etc and practice your answers out loud (sometimes when you write your answers its not as natural as you would say in front of a camera with a timer) ideally in front of the mirror, or record yourself.
If it crashes don't worry, it will re-load the last question you have seen.
Good luck.

What are you passionate about besides art/art history?
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
