The interview was no difficult. I prepared for some questions which I though the interviewer would ask, but she only went through my resume, and asked for my long-term career direction. Then she introduced the achievement of the department in the past year, as well as the tasks for interns. Very nice lady.

First they looked at resume, then they sent out a Hireview (recorded video), then zoom call with a person from hiring department, its good to have connections to get job here (less than 2% acceptance rate)
