Application process took several weeks. Recruiter was nice. Team was understanding. System seemed fine. More communication would have been appreciated but overall it was an easy process and all my questions were answered.
The process was long and overall disrespectful and inconsiderate of applicants. They do not provide any feedback and seem to have clearly lied about some aspects of the role vs what was in the posting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chubb (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Long, and drawn out process that resulted in SVP’s former coworker being hired anyways. People I interviewed with seemed nice enough, no real hard ball questions. In hindsight, I probably should’ve realized that I was simply checking a box for them. HR was neither transparent nor responsive, and the whole process seemed a little disorganized for such a large company. In total, 3 months and 20 hours of PTO I’ll never get back.
