Interview
About a 45-minute phone interview with who would've been my direct manager. Great conversation, easy to schedule with. He gave in-depth information about the positions and asked many interesting personality questions.
The hiring process at this company is beyond terrible. I had an in person interview over 11 months ago. It went very well and I never heard anything back. When I called or emailed to follow up with HR my emails were ignored and Calls were never returned. I was assured that I would find out regardless of the outcome but they left me twisting in the wind. The worst part is I only recently received an automated email saying I was not chosen for the opening.?Extremely unprofessional.
