Everyone was super nice throughout the whole process. You start off with a 20-30 minute phone call with a recruiter and then a 30 minute interview with an HR manager, and 2 VP's. Make sure you know your resume well, and be prepared to answer some behavioral questions.
Friendly recruiter, asked me questions including "Tell me about yourself" "what courses did you like/not like the most" "how do you work in team settings" and asked logistical questions including whether i needed a sponsorship etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chubb (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was given a call from HR after submitting my online application. I had a brief 30 minute behavioural interview with the lead HR team member, and then was followed up with two technical interviews. Both of them went well, as they weren't as technical as you'd expect but asked about familiarity in various topics.
