Interview
I saw the job post on the internet, it was 4 months before the phone rang. They said they wanted to wait for the new year so I wouldn't "be taxed for just a few weeks". This wasn't even a manager that called, it was just a general team member that the boss had making calls during the shift. When I went in for the interview, again, it wasn't with a manager. It was with a "trainer". They wanted to know what my last safety job was like and if it involved any lawsuits (weird but true). After that, they brought me in to meat the actual manager. She did nothing but ask how much I wanted to get paid and extended the offer.
