Interview
One interview. Extremely generic questions where the answers didn't really matter. You're hired based off of your attitude. I came off as a nice person who liked kids so they hired me. If it's not a management or HQ position then you're not required to think and be the best candidate. You just have to be polite, willing and reliable.
