Phone screening first then an interview with the manager and then a second interview with another team member. An offer was extended soon after the second interview. Overall easy interview process and they were considerate of my time and schedule.

Typical over the phone interview. Multiple over the phone interviews and questions. Interviewed with HR and two departmental peers and the decision maker. Being forced to add reviews/experiences to the format is truly frustrating.
