Chuck Latham Associates interview questions

Applied online and was contacted via e-mail to set up a phone interview with the HR person. Spoke with the HR person...answered the questions and she said it would be a few days as she has to run it by the decision maker. I got the rejection(form letter) in a couple of days. At least I was contacted. After reading all the reviews I probably dodged a bullet.

Intense like the FBI. Many steps and phone interview with an in-person visit. The visit is after you start and at the store. Make it like they are discussing your progress. While trying to ignore the fact that I was standing right there. Rude really, and not at all a respectable company. They give you a shirt, just one. You will not need more. As well as telling you they do not fire anyone. LOL
