Interview process was very quick that it made me think whether the process jumped the gun. Applied directly at Church & Dwight website. I had a recorded video interview and was told I did well and was called onsite. The interview process was well organized and respectful to employee. Out of the 5 interviews, 3 went well and 2 not so well. The interview with Hiring manager was not technical but she had some preconceived notion that I am over qualified and started asking confusing questions such as would you leave the company within few months if you find a better position. Even if you say NO and justify she would not be convinced. Not sure why I was called onsite when the hiring manager was so firmly convinced that I am not the right fit for the job. I also failed to answer a couple of technical questions - my fault of improper preparation. Needless to say I was not offered the job. Prepare well enough before the interview as you would not get chance to guess what to expect fro the interviews and they could get really technical.
