I applied online for a leadership position. Their hiring process includes an AI scheduling bot that assigns a date and time for your phone interview. This was a 1st for me. I scheduled the call and the scheduled time came and went ; no call. So, I assumed that the company have waived my application and proceeded to the next round. It appears that this job posting generated a lot of talented applicants.
