Long phone interview process with a recruiter and 3 different managers, followed by an on-site interview that involved travel. First time in my career someone asked for copies of my W-2's for the last 2 years. They did a background check but no drug screening.

It was easy. Had to sell me on the role. The commissions are worst I have ever seen in the industry. I had a bad feeling that this was a company in trouble. I should have gone with my gut.
