I was contacted after posting my resume on Dice and submitted for a position in my area. I was given a very simple technical interview and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was offered the position the following day, only to have the offer delayed and then rescinded after the client couldn't get approval for financing the position. In the time between the interview and being told funding had never been secured for the position, I could not reach the recruiter I was working with. She would not respond to emails or phone calls. I was later sent to the same client for a similar position with a different group. After the interview, I contacted my recruiter as asked and could not reach her by phone. I sent several emails and left several voice messages and, again, none were returned.
