Interview
The process in Ciber Norway was straightforward. First, I was contacted HR at Ciber through LinkedIn. Then we decided for first round of interview which was with the HR, along with a Senior SAP Consultant who took a generic technical interview (nothing too much actually - just a couple of questions to check the basics). Then a few days later, there was another interview with the SAP Head at Ciber Norway. After these rounds, I was sent the contract offer over mail. A round of negotiation over the offer followed and then after a few minor modifications, I accepted the offer.
I had two 1:1 interviews. 1st technical interview was a discussion about products and project I worked. It was successful and after a week I was invited to 2nd interview with snr. manager. That was general discussion about company etc. Manager even started to tell about leased cars they have for employees. But also mentioned cost savings.
However they didn't come back to me ever. It didn't look like they even had open position, but rather was interviewing "just in case something is coming up next week". Unfortunately from applicant point this approach is just waste of time. Beware.
