Online interview process and phone interview as well that included a video. You will be talking to people that know the product well, be prepared with details -- preferably including technical aspects if you are familiar. You may be talking to a client representative at the same time or not.

Asked specific questions on product, prior experience details on product and with examples to be given. Supply an example of a specifically difficult business problem that you resolved.
