First off before completing phone screen. I received two emails asking for times and dates I was available to speak about position. I replied to both emails and no response to either one. I get an out of the blue call to ask if I could talk now about the position. The interview lasted about 10 minutes. Nothing was asked to show how I would be an asset to company or questions relating to the job. Just asked how many years of experience? Any planned vacation? And about my previous jobs. This was a terrible interview. Afterwards, he says I will give info to manager and you will receive an email either way. Jamie needs to learn how to recruit and interview the right way! He's making Cielo miss out on great recruiters! doesnt seem like he knows what's he's doing! I'm very DISAPPOINTED!! I've interviewed over the course of almost a year with Ceilo recruiters(about 4 different ones) and all of the interviews have been the same! I'm over this craziness. Smh- DO BETTER!
