Had 5 total phone interviews. First contact made was from a staffing employment company, not Cielo. Had two phone interviews with Tecruiter who then, presented my resume and his notes to management. Manager/CSM was on vacation so I waited 2 weeks until our phone interview. Had 2 phone interviews prior to speaking with CSM with other members of account team.
