The HR person that I dealt with was very nice at first. Then, she arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager, who called 20 minutes late. This is very unprofessional.

I was able to connect directly with the Hiring Manager to address the issue and unfortunately the reasons for tardiness were completely out of her control.
