The corporate recruiter was extremely helpful throughout the application process. The interview was another story. The interview was an entire day of back-to-back interviews that included highlights such as one interviewer yawning repeatedly, multiple comments about how difficult it is to work with the company president and various references to a micro-managing culture. The finale was the interview with one of the senior executives who proceeded to text during the interview. At the end of the long day no one was around to see me out so I found the front and saw myself out. Very unprofessional process for a recruiting company, and if that is the best foot forward I can only imagine what it is like to work there.
