Without a doubt, the most unprofessional and disorganized experience I've ever encountered. The "corporate recruiter" (I struggle to even use the title) missed our first two appointments for the interview. After we spoke, she indicated she would follow-up within a week. It took countless emails and my contacting corporate to get her to respond a month later. She asked to speak again and I responded with availability within 24 hours. Now after 5 more emails and a voicemail, there has still not been a response. In recruiting, we often hear the horror stories about poor recruiters after 3 weeks. It is surprising that a "recruiting leader" would act in such a manner. It's dishonest to act excited about a candidate and then drop all communication.
