Ciena interview questions

The interview process was very clear and quick. There were Two technical rounds + 1 Techno managerial round + 1 HR Discussion Round The whole interview process took 2 weeks.(interview + offer letter)

It was two rounds. First round is a phone interview which is really just a personality test. The second round was an in person interview with ~7 Software Engineers from all different teams interviewing one on one. It was in interviewer got ~45 minutes each to test me. In between all the interviews some one takes you out for lunch.
