The recruitment process was efficient, punctual, looking after both company and employer needs, very professional.
There were several stages, an interview with HR, an interview with the hiring manager and one interview with the director.

El proceso estuvo dividido en varias fases, la primera una 'criba' por telefono para comprobar que mi CV y experiencia encajaba con lo requerido, luego comenzaron las entrevistas con el cliente (para quien realmente trabajaria). La primera es para ver el encaje cultural, la segunda con parte del equipo para comprobar la parte tecnica y finalmente con recursos humanos del cliente. Se adaptaron a mis necesidades, de hecho, aceleraron el proceso para cumplir los tiempos que yo manejaba. En general, un proceso completo pero muy contenta.

Hubieron preguntas por un lado sobre cuales son mis aspiraciones laborales, como soy yo a nivel valores y aspectos mas de personalidad y por otro lado sobre como manejaria x situaciones y cuestiones tecnicas.
