The arrangement of the interview was very unprofessional, no one took ownership. Didn't know what was happening.
Received an invite without any intro, wasn't aware of whom I was meeting.
They didn't take time to read my CV, they were clueless.

No questions, just wanted to check background but that was rushed and didn't seem to want to listen to answers.
No structure and questions were just odd

Interview
Initial conversation with HR which was a standard 'get to know you' type conversation.
This occured a few weeks ago, and despite being told by the interviewer she'd get back to me by the end of the week, heard nothing.
If people are going to take time to speak with Ciklum, the least they can do is stay true to their word and follow up with a simple yes/no.
