The process took 3 weeks, I was interviewed online and then I was invited to the company offices in Bratislava to meet the team. The main interview took place online with the Agile Delivery Team Leader from Czech and Country Director from Romania. Both of them were very friendly with a positive attitude towards me. I can describe the interview more like a discussion then an interview. Even though they decided to go for an other candidate, it was a very nice experience, perfectly managed and communicated by the HR and I strongly recommend the company to everyone.
