I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cinch Home Services (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2022
Interview
Interviews were pretty simple. Questions based upon my background and how I would approach a business problem. Individuals were very friendly, but sometimes seemed preoccupied.
I did receive an offer at the end; however, the recruiter had given me one salary range at the beginning of the process and the hiring manager had told me that the range I was told was incorrect and way higher than what could be approved. While I’m sure dishonesty was not the intent, it seemed like a bait and switch tactic was used to keep me interested. Also, I found out that the original posting had been changed to include additional responsibilities for the role, and these were responsibilities that had I known were there, I would not have applied for the role. There seems to be some communication and/or transparency issues.
3 interviews with various managers. Interview was a video interview. Questions were very easy to answer but I have held management positions in the past. The entire process to just over two weeks.
