I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2014
Interview
After submitting my resume through my university's job board, I received an email to schedule a phone screen. This call came from the Department's HR representative. After the screening, we scheduled an interview. This interview was a panel between my supervisor and direct colleague. Typical questions were asked, and they were very interested about my former position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
The hiring process moved very quickly for me. I was contacted within a few days of submitting my resume, then had my in-person interview within a week. My in-person interview was about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and I met with people I'd be working with, the department head and the person who would be my direct manager. It was a great interview; I could tell they were really trying to get to know me rather than blowing off the interview because I was only an intern.
