Interview
I put in my application and a day later got a phone call asking me to come in right away. I was in the middle of giving blood so I explained that it might take an hour. My interviewer wasn't very happy with this, but agreed that I couldn't really just stop. I got there exactly an hour later where I was asked the usual questions. Why do you want to work for Cinemark etc. The most unusual question was whether or not I was friends with anyone who already works there. I said no, I was new to the area and that answer got me hired on the spot.
There was only one interview that was done in the main lobby area of the building. It wasn't a horrible spot but it was very public and distracting. Basic questions.
Interview was easy going and was asked basic behavioral questions. Met with two different managers and interview was about 30 minutes. Heard back within a week and accepted the job offer.
