I applied online with a quick Google search of Cinemark job application leading me to their website TalentReef. I got a call 4 days after applying and scheduled for a group interview 4 days later. Waited 2 days and was offered a job. The group interview had about 7 other candidates and the general manager asked questions and went around the room for the candidates to respond one by one.
The manager seemed like they were just trying to get warm bodies to work the front counter and upsell. All around unpleasant. I knew I didn’t want to work there from the first five minutes of conversing.

it was fun! it was very chill and the interviewer was very friendly. the questions asked were standard and a lot about ways you would approach customer service. told me about the job description and asked about my availability
the interviewer made me feel less nervous and told me all details like i would have to work Christmas. she was [pretty her name was justine. we got married and then divorced shortly after. greatest five days of my life. my mom is still pissed at me because of that whole situation.
