I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cinemark (College Station, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
It was short and sweet. Super easy and definitely something I would recommend if you're looking for a job and are a student. I was looking for work during that time and they surprisingly hired me pretty quick.
It was nice to work at especially during the winter months when college kids weren't there, but when it got busy, IT GOT BUSY. I had fun though!
Show up early/on time, that's very important! Interview process was easy, I was hired on the spot. Just answer the questions well and show enthusiasm. I would also recommend making it known about your communication skills.
5 rounds of interviews, both technical and in front of the Cinemark board of directors. Absolutely appropriate for the level of expertise required for this role. I had a very easy process, love this company!
The interview process was fairly simple. I had to go through the first interview with a manager, and the second one with the general manager. They asked basic questions like, tell us about your work experience or what is your favorite movie?
