I was advised by my friend and Cinemark supervisor to ignore the online application (supposedly they don't look at them) and drop off a paper application. I was contacted in about a week, scheduled the only interview another week off, and scheduled to work two weeks after the interview. The interview was in the concessions lobby at a cafe table with the senior manager.

Very quick and unprofessional, it was processed in the middle of the theatre, no room... Also, the manager seemed unprofessional. Once I got up to leave, when I was about to shake her hand, she just left.

Fairly easy just have to sociable, and a team player. Make sure to talk about your love for movies and really show your customer service skills. They are also looking for presentable people so come dressed professional.

It was an application. The manager called and scheduled a Group interview very easy process. Fun first job. Not a complicated interview. Just be friendly and hard working and you’ll do great.
