I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cinemark (Tulsa, OK) in May 2012
Interview
It was all fairly straightforward--I applied in person, spoke with a manager, and I believe this left a decent impression. I was called within the next couple of days, spoke briefly (10 minutes) over the phone and scheduled a one-on-one interview that ended up nicely conversational. Following this, there was a group interview where we were each asked 2-3 questions about ourselves.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were all straightforward questions about myself and my experiences. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary.
Super easy, it’s a private interview where they ask about any experience you have (you really don’t need any), and they try to get to know you. I’m sure it would be a great starting job if i had taken it.
Easy. It was comfortable. Automatic and very fast. Quick process all computer and telephone. All hours available. No surprise and all fact oriented . The entire thing took less than one week.
