I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cinemark (Dallas, TX) in May 2012
Interview
I went in to see if they were hiring and met with the hiring manager. She was super sweet and right then and there she interviewed me in an office right by a movie theater. Two days later, I was hired, did some training and was on the job within a week.
Pretty basic questions. What are your hours, experience, etc. They then talked about the positions.Just pretty much look clean, show up on time, and ask questions at the end to gain a spot.
The interview process was easy going. My interviewer was very polite. The questions that were asked were very general, mostly about availability. You are trained on the job for what you need to know afterwards.
Required Clothing: Business Casual
The interview was super easy and done solo—no group interview at all. I got hired on the spot, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free from start to finish.
