I printed out and turned in the application along with my work permit and resume.l When they started hiring in october the general manager called me in. It was a short interviw that lasted about 10 minutes. By then end of week she called me back and said I got the job. I'm so excited because this is my first job. They're really just looking for kids with tons of hours which is cool bc I'm homeschooled.
There was only one interview that was done in the main lobby area of the building. It wasn't a horrible spot but it was very public and distracting. Basic questions.
Interview was easy going and was asked basic behavioral questions. Met with two different managers and interview was about 30 minutes. Heard back within a week and accepted the job offer.
