Process was pretty standard. i had submitted my resume on Zip Recruiter and was contacted by the hiring manager (Director of Customer Success) after some basic get to know you questions he invited me in for an interview. It took place at their office in Encino, CA. All of the interview questions were pretty standard and then he spent a fair amount of time showing me their system and how it works. He was actually hiring/interview for a customer success rep. and customer success executive, but he wasn’t sure if the person would be hired in the LA office or NY office. Overall great interview, very relaxed.
