Interview
I dedicated a lot of my time for multiple interviews, as well as a coding test, and I rearranged my schedule availability because I was told that I need to meet with 3 other team members for 60 minutes EACH. I sent my availability expecting to reserve a huge chunk of my time on these interviews, but I didn't hear anything back for a long time, until I received a very impersonal, copy/paste rejection response saying that another candidate filled the position. It would have been nice to know that I was not moving forward sooner so I could dedicate time to other interviews that were actually interested in me.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Cint in Oct 2025
Interview
was a ton of interviews: hr, manager, another manager, technical, product, designer. everything was smooth at first, always getting feedback within a few days.
but then it turned into a frustrating mess. i went through all the steps, nailed every interview, and suddenly… silence. two weeks with zero updates.
after six interviews, they sent me a generic email like nothing happened. super disrespectful.
don’t waste your time with this company.
DONT WAST YOUR TIME.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cint
Interview
Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. Arranged a video interview with senior developer after a phone introduction.
After the technical introduction, they sent me an average difficulty code test.
Got no feedback on the test , just an automated mail that they will pursue other candidates.
The extreme pushy/cringy messages from their internal recruiter and not even taking the time to give professional feedback on the codetest indicate a lack of professionalism on Cint's part.
I feel glad I did not continue the process with them.
