Interview process was straightforward with a phone screen, followed by an an interview with the Sales Manager at a local office/branch, interview with the Sales Director, and finally a drive-by and interview with the VP. I made it through to the interview with the Sales Director with the questions from all the interviews being relatively similar behavioral based questions.

Question 1
What was the last piece of feedback that your manager provided?
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.
Had to take a day off for an employee shadow day. Not a good use of time. A lot of physical labor, a lot of cold calls. A lot of rejection
