I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Smith, AR)
Interview
Very long process. Normally takes three to four months to get through it with about 4 interviews. You will have a phone screen first, then a impersonation interview followed up with a couple more phone interviews, then a lady in person interview. Don't get discouraged if you don't hear back for a while. They don't move quickly. Be yourself and be ready to answer question that tell about a time and how you handle it.

Tell me a time you had to be creative to solve a problem?
You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Central Islip, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
