The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (New York, NY)
Interview
The process started with a recruiting manager reaching out to me. We scheduled an interview at the local distribution center. My first interview was with one hiring manager. The second interview as immediately after with a second manager. Went well and we scheduled a ride along. The driver that I rode along with was very knowledgeable. After 11 hours on the road, I had my 3rd interview immediately when we got back to the facility. 30 minutes later, I had my 4th interview with the final manager. 2 weeks later, I had an interview with the GM. Thought things went well... A week went by and I hadn't heard anything so I decided to reach out to them. Got a no reply email telling me that they went with another candidate. All in all, this was a six week process that ended with an insincere email. Apply if you have this amount of time to waste... I guess all the reviews I read on here were true

Question 1
Typical STAR questions. 4 different rounds of them
I went through a 4 step interview process including the ride along. I think it came down to the GM deciding it wasn't a good fit. Very top heavy management but very professional. Don't forget your suit.

Interview
6am ride-along with one of the drivers on the route, then you return to the office and speak with the entire gauntlet of hiring managers (roughly 5-6 interviews). Very thorough process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
During the hiring process, the manager specifically told me he was hiring for a "bench role". Somebody who could fill in where needed at the company. The job title that was posted was a ghost position, and had no timetable of when it would actually be available.
