I first had an interview on campus and then the second round was an interview at the Lexington KY location. The first interview was a tradition 30 min interview. The second interview was a 5 hour round robin process where I was interviewed by 4 people and also given a tour of the plant.

Was very long with 5+ interviews and I waited months between each interview. There was one in person interview I believe but all the interviews were pretty straight forward it just took them awhile to get back to me.

Met with the recruiter on campus, applied online and then got an email a week later to schedule an interview. I interviewed with a service manager and a previous management trainee. The interview was fine - I was asked a set (about 7) of "tell me about a time when..." questions. I went on a ride-along a week later with a senior SSR. This was followed by an interview with the GM.
