I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
very long could have been quicker if done correctly. Had a total of 4 interviews and had to spend the day in a truck with one of the drivers. you do get paid for the ride along. Also, the interview questions are all mainly the same, just worded differently
Got the initial 30 minute call and was moved forward saying I looked like a good fit. Had the virtual interview with 2 people, only 1 on camera and the other person just listening without camera which I thought was weird. I got ghosted after that, no follow up, no emails. Emailed for an update and got ghosted again. Very unprofessional
Long. 8 interviews and still didn't get the job. Waste of two months. Included a 8 hour working interview as well. Last interview with corporate lead via zoom call. He rescheduled the interview two times before wasting my time .
