I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Lake Charles, LA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had many interviews which seemed like a lifetime. However, it was worth it. The company as a whole was wonderful to work for. Just shady on the back end.
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Just overall job and about Cintas. What services they provide and what are the next steps in the process. Asked about locations I would like to work at. Lastly, talked about how to promote within the company.
