I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Greenville, SC) in Apr 2015
Interview
30 minute phone interview was pleasant and had typical STAR/behavioral type questions as well as reviewing and clarifying my resume. One question included, "Give me a time you you had a setback and at work and turned it into something positive in the same week." Interviewer was nice and quite helpful in terms of suggesting things to focus on during my 1 on 1 interview.
1 on 1 interview was pretty typical and was only about 20-30 minutes long. I found the interview questions to be easier in this interview than in the phone interview. Questions were fair, but not hard. No gotcha questions. Pretty basic questions.
