Applied online and had a 30 min phone interview with recruiter that asked very basic questions about my resume. 1 week later had an additional phone interview with a member of the client engagement team; was very basic as well. 2 weeks after that I was invited to the office for a round of in-person interviews. Horrible experience. Office was disgusting and very disorganized. No space for interview so we used a desk in the middle of the office. I met with five people on the team. Interviewers came off as very entitled, basically saying they were better than you because they were working at CipherHealth. Each interviewer asked the same questions, made you think that they memorized a script 5 min before the actual interview. The interviewers try to describe the role as more strategy focused; but the position itself is a glorified customer service role that functions as a helpdesk for client needs. I respect what the company is trying to do in the healthcare tech space but there are plenty of other companies changing the landscape. I would not have taken the job offer if it was extended to me.
